Xander Cook was ecstatic when it looked like he’d gotten his beloved Sarah Horton back on Days of our Lives. She didn’t think she was Renée DuMonde anymore, she didn’t think she was 5 years old anymore. Everything was great, back to where it should be! Now Sarah only had one more request — could she please see her baby now?
Days of our Lives Polling
Oops. Looks like Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) wasn’t all the way back. She thought she was in the hospital because she’d just given birth to her daughter, Mackenzie AKA “Mickey,” the one who Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) fathered…but to whom Xander (Paul Telfer) first played daddy.
That is, before he confessed that the daughter Sarah had gotten so attached to was actually Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) little girl. She now goes by Rachel and lives with her daddy. Was Xander wrong not to fill Sarah in on that one little detail? What over 4,000 voters had to say:
White Fragility
Xander did the right thing, 60% of the audience assures. Sarah was way too fragile to be hit with something so horrifying only minutes after she’d gotten — some — of her marbles back. Xander kept the truth from Sarah for almost a year originally. Doesn’t he deserve an equal span of time on this go-around?
Days of our Lives: Not My Fault
Xander has hurt Sarah so much in the past, 34% of you don’t blame him for not wanting to do it again. Let Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) do some heavy lifting for a change. She kept insisting that Sarah was her responsibility when it was all about whether she should get the shot. Take responsibility now.
If I Only Had Some Nerve
Xander is a coward, 6% shrug, we’re not surprised he didn’t tell Sarah the truth. How is this any different than when he chickened out the last time?
