Clyde (James Read) came clean with Nancy (Patrika Darbo), telling her he’d been to prison. He expected her to turn and run screaming into the night. Instead, Nancy thanked him for his honesty. It made a nice change from the guy who’d been lying to her for decades. Could Nancy and Clyde actually make a love connection? What over 2,000 viewers think:

DAYS: Fun, Fun, Fun Till…

Clyde can be fun, 45% of you admit. He and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) were having a good time…for a while. And he does seem committed to walking the straight and narrow.

Maybe it’s the thought of becoming a grandfather. Or maybe he’s really, really sick of prison. Whatever Clyde’s motivation may be, you are open to Nancy having some fun with him. But nothing more.

Days of our Lives: Better Off

Oh, come on, 34% of fans groan. Yes, Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) treated Nancy horrible and is a terrible person who ruined multiple lives – with Nancy’s enthusiastic support.

But he’s not literally a killer and child abuser. After what Craig put Nancy through, she deserves someone better than a guy who has Repeat Offender all but stamped on his forehead.

DOOL: Match Made

Nancy is no angel, 21% of the audience reminds. She had no problem with Craig ruining lives — as long as it wasn’t hers. She and Clyde actually have quite a bit in common. If she could do an about-face and become a beloved member of the community, who better to guide Clyde on an identical journey. She may be just what he needs. And vice versa.
