Eric Brady has declared that he’s tired of being the good twin on Days of our Lives. Now that yet another woman has let him down – and God probably doesn’t want him back yet again – Eric has decided to change his entire personality. He had sex with a hot woman without being deeply and spiritually in love with her. He said bad words! He entertained bad thoughts! Should he keep on easing down this wayward road?
Days of our Lives Polling: Good To Be Bad
Oh, yeah, 18% cheer, this version of Eric (Greg Vaughan) is so much better than the sanctimonious padre who came back to drive the devil out of his mother last year. Even when he ditched the collar, he was still so sanctimonious. We are loving this improvement!
DAYS: Split the Difference
That’s not how this works, 29% of you beg to differ. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is the bad twin, and Eric is the good one. She causes trouble, he talked to her about it… sternly. This is the way the universe is supposed to work, and any disturbance in the force could send Salem straight to hell. We can’t risk that. Eric wouldn’t do that to us. He’s still too nice.
Days of our Lives: Nice Place to Visit
We’re not against Eric having a bit of an edge, 53% of the audience is trying their best to be open-minded, but he shouldn’t make it a habit. For instance, him suggesting that he and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) kidnap Rachel Black as a way to control Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is what we’re talking about. He can be bad for a good cause. But he shouldn’t be bad for a bad cause. That would be going too far.
That said, we’re not sure where Sloan fits in. He’s a single guy, she’s a single woman, so their hooking up isn’t bad at all. But Salem has decided that she is. Eric should be satisfied with that.
