Back when Allie Horton had dumped both Tripp Johnson and Chanel Dupree on Days of our Lives – sure, the latter was because the Devil made her do it…literally – the pair got together to cry on each other’s shoulders. And drink. And head home to Chanel’s bedroom. Where Paulina Price put a halt to any shenanigans.
Days of our Lives Polling
Since then, Allie tried to get back together with Tripp. He turned down her generous offer to jerk him around again. So Allie declared her love for Chanel. She said she’d think about Allie’s generous offer to jerk her around again. Does it make more sense for Chanel and Tripp to “chipp” in and try to give real love a shot?
DAYS: The Girl Between Us
Alas, 54% of the audience thinks both Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) love Allie (Lindsay Arnold) too much. They both would rather be with her than with the other, and that will always get between them. Plus, if we may say, this takes couples sharing everything a bit too far! (Then again, they could be daytime’s first official thruple.)
Days of our Lives: Never Gonna Happen
It could be fun, 26% of you admit, but this is Salem, where the obviously good thing never happens. Couples always go for the worst possible person to be with, the one likely to cause the most drama, hurt them the most, or, in a best case scenario, die at the worst possible moment…over and over again.
DOOL: Great Idea
Yes, please, 20% cheer. Not just Allie, but Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), too, are a pair of twin hot messes. Both Chanel and Tripp are better off without them, whether or not they end up with each other. If we can’t have them as a couple, at least let’s keep them away from the gruesome twosome, who’ve already caused more damage than a single person has any right to per one lifetime.
