Jonah Robinson debuted on Days of Our Lives in 2024 as Dr. Mark Greene, a seemingly aboveboard good guy. However, he soon ended up in prison courtesy of a deadly plot orchestrated by Clyde Weston. Having served his time, the character is now out of the slammer, which has brought Robinson back to the show’s canvas.

Robinson, who hails from Los Angeles, CA, is a man of many talents. Among them: Actor, dancer and producer. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami and has been working onstage and on camera ever since.

Did you know that he is also an accomplished musician, who plays multiple instruments? “Music has always been my reliable, steadfast companion through the ebbs and flows of my career in the arts,” Robinson told Vocal Media. “My dad taught me a few chords on the guitar when I was a kid, and since then it’s been a passion of mine to learn how to play any instrument I find myself in the room with. It’s kind of a master of none situation, but I can get by on ten or eleven instruments as of now. The cello is next on my list.”
3. Robinson has performed in regional houses and at theater festivals throughout country; among them the Goodspeed Opera House, The Utah Shakespeare Festival, The Kravis Center, The Fountain Theater and others. He’s tackled starring roles like Tony in West Side Story, Danny Zuko in Grease, Elvis Presley in Million Dollar Quartet and Ren McCormack in Footloose.
4. He made his TV debut in Amazon Prime’s musical drama miniseries Daisy Jones & the Six in 2023. He played Roger McGuinn, the front man and leader of The Byrds. The project also featured former DAYS star Olivia Rose Keegan, who played Claire Brady.
5. He also works as an audition coach and has led workshops in Shakespeare, musical theater and stage combat.

Robinson appreciates everything that living in Los Angeles offers. “What I love about LA, that not everyone realizes, is that you can access incredible hiking trails and find yourself fully immersed in nature on almost every outskirts of the city,” he told Revamp. “In the same day you can go from skiing in the mountains to sitting on the beach. I have a few favorite parks in the middle of the city that let me forget there is traffic on the other side of the sound muffling trees.”
