This Is How Days of Our Lives’ Kristian Alfonso Starts Her Day

Days of Our Lives' Kristian Alfonso shared a video of her dancing her way to the set.

Fans are excited about Bo and Hope’s return to Days of Our Lives. However, the beloved couple won’t appear until May 2025 because the soap tapes episodes extremely far in advance. But that doesn’t stop their portrayers from teasing viewers with behind-the-scenes clips.

A Smile and a Twirl

Alfonso shared a video set to the tune of Ready Let’s Go by a band called Darkminds on Instagram. She captioned, “Starting the day with a #smile & a #spin or maybe a #twirl 💃🏻lol 🙂 #happy #days 🥰 @dayspeacock @nbcuniversal.” In the video, she did exactly what she described, coming out of her dressing room and twirling down the hall with a big smile on her face. It’s nice when someone enjoys their job, and it was a wonderful way for Alfonso to start her day.

One enthusiastic fan responded, “You are ready!!!! 🙌,” to which Alfonso replied, “@lynn_xsx 🙌🙌#ready !xo.” Co-star Greg Rikaart (Leo), along with The Young and the Restless’ Lauralee Bell (Cricket) and Eileen Davidson (Ashley), sent several loving and dancing emojis, with Davidson commenting, “Gorgeous!!!!!!” In kind, Alfonso also replied with cute emojis.

Blown Away

Alfonso’s outfit left the fans in awe, and co-star Colton Little (Andrew) affectionately responded, “Ummm…the dress? The shoes? The woman?!?! I’m trying to breathe over here!” General Hospital’s Kate Mansi (Kristina) chimed in with, “AGING BACKWARDS! 😮❤️😍.” She also got a blast from the past when Alexis Thorpe, who formerly played Cassie on DAYS, wrote, “Timeless beauty! ❤️.” And another follower eagerly replied, “@alexis_thorpe Bring Cassie Brady back!!”

Fans were also excited about her reunion with Peter Reckell, who plays Bo. One responded, “Love it and can’t wait to see the Bope reunion in [the] 2025 episodes.”
