Arianne Zucker is out at Days of our Lives according to a lawsuit she filed about the soap’s ex-producer Albert Alarr, as well as Ken Corday, the show’s executive producer, and Corday Productions Inc.
What We Know About Zucker’s Exit
According to Zucker’s lawsuit, she was given a take-it-or-leave-it option, and the producers refused to negotiate in good faith. The lawsuit claims the actress’s contract expired, effectively firing her from her role as Nicole Walker on the Peacock soap. See the lawsuit here.

The lawsuit is filled with accusations against Alaar, alleging that he would touch her and female co-stars without their permission, among other allegations. In addition, Zucker states that human resources at Corday Productions knew about the harassment, ignoring a myriad of complaints from performers through the years. News of Alarr’s harassment broke last summer and he was fired in August. Specifically, Zucker is suing for wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and negligent hiring and supervision.
This isn’t the first harassment-type scandal that Arianne Zucker has been caught up in through the years. As many fans recall, she was also the actress who appeared in the infamous Access Hollywood tape in which former president Donald Trump bragged about initiating unwanted sexual advances toward women.
Currently, Zucker’s Nicole is involved in a story in which her baby son was stolen and her teenage daughter overdosed on opioids. With DAYS’ advanced taping schedule, we can probably expect to see Nicole on-screen for several more months.
DAYS released this statement about the lawsuit.
