As always, things continue to be hectic and nail-biting on Days of our Lives. With Paulina tightening her grip on EJ and his secret lab, and Victoria’s sudden health scare shaking those closest to her, there’s no end in sight for the exciting drama. But while the storylines remained intense on screen, the cast took a completely, and hilarious, different path on social media.

Key Takeaways

  • The DAYS cast played a chaotic Instagram question chain with random prompts and no context.
  • Eric Martsolf explained Brady’s guitar pick necklace as a nod to Brady and Chloe’s past.
  • John-Paul Lavoisier joked that his hot dog topping would be Twinkie and Cheez Whiz.
  • Other cast members answered odd questions about walking distance, self-care habits, and retreats.
  • Fans joined the game in the comments with their own retreat and cast picks.

A Question Game With No Rules

The official DAYS Instagram page wrote, “Mystery questions, zero context. 🤭 The cast had no idea who would be answering what. Don’t forget to share your answer below and keep it going!” The attached video showed a chain-style game where each cast member answered a random question before tossing another one into the void for the next unsuspecting co-star.

Eric Martsolf started by showing off Brady’s guitar pick necklace, explaining it was a nod to Brady and Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) old music connection. From there, the questions spiraled wonderfully out of control. John-Paul Lavoisier (Philip) answered the hot dog condiment question with a bizarre Twinkie and Cheez Whiz mixture. Judi Evans (Bonnie) admitted she could probably only walk a mile under the game’s strange conditions. And Abigail Klein (Stephanie) calmly addressed the eternal Q-tip debate.

The chaos kept unfolding. Sal Stowers (Lani) said the best gift she ever got was landing her role on DAYS. Cherie Jimenez (Gabi) chuckled through a question about washing inside one’s belly button and between the toes while describing her detailed self-care routine. And AnnaLynne McCord (Cat) finished by revealing that her break weeks usually involve going on retreats. She then put it out to the fans to continue the nuttiness. (Check out how Martsolf said goodbye to his onscreen daughter.)

Fans Jump Into the Game

In the comments, Paul Telfer (Xander) shared his own answer to the retreat question, saying, “I’d want to go on a retreat with Paul & Linsey [Godfrey]! It would be non-stop laughs & entertainment!” We can only imagine how fun that would be!

Viewers quickly followed the cast down the rabbit hole as a fan wrote, “Definitely Leo and Susan!!!” while another viewer shared a longer wish list that included Rafe (Galen Gering), Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), Xander, Marlena (Deidre Hall), Leo (Greg Rikaart), Phillip, and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). One follower kept things simple with, “Leo, Brady, Xander, Cat and EJ… the sarcastic stares and banter alone, would keep me entertained!”

Others approached the question like a fantasy road trip. A fan joked, “I’m taking Phillip and Leo for the laughs, Xander because he is XANDER,” while another declared, “With me being an Aussie it would be Dan Feuerriegel all day every day.” And at least one viewer took the safest route possible, writing, “The whole cast! I couldn’t pick just a few!”
