In 2014, Billy Flynn made his intense debut as Chad on Days of Our Lives by punching EJ in the face. Ten years later, Chad calmed down slightly, but he still has the same fiery spirit. The show shared videos of several cast members on Instagram congratulating Flynn on his decade-long run as the volatile, yet (mostly) good DiMera.
Many of the DAYS players took the time to record wonderful, sometimes funny, congratulations to Flynn for his 10 years playing Chad. The actors were kind and thoughtful, and it shows on-screen because he has chemistry with them all. Each video had two or three individual clips containing many of his castmates offering their congratulations. Let’s take a look at what kind words they had to say.
Robert Scott Wilson (Alex), Greg Rikaart (Leo), Mary Beth Evans (Kayla), and Stephen Nichols (Steve) gave Flynn high praise and lots of love, with Wilson commenting on his stunning blue eyes.
More congratulations and adoration came from Daniel Feuerriegel (EJ), Cherie Jimenez (Gabi), and Ashley Puzemis (Holly), with Feuerriegel hilariously pretending he didn’t know who he was supposed to be congratulating.
Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie) remembered how young Flynn was when he started, while Eric Martsolf (Brady) declared his love for the man even though they don’t share the screen often.
Abigail Klein (Stephanie) praised Flynn’s acting, calling him “the best” and saying that he made everyone laugh often. And Carson Boatman (Johnny) and Raven Bowens (Chanel) hysterically shared their love for “Uncle Chad.”
