Days of our Lives star Arianne Zucker is suing the soap’s ex-producers and more. The lawsuit, which you can see below, alleges sexual harassment, and it seems to be yet another chapter in the saga of the show’s former executive producer, Albert Alarr, who exited the iconic daytime drama in August.
Zucker, who portrays Nicole, is suing Corday Production Inc., along with Ken Corday and Alarr. The lawsuit that Zucker and other women at the soap experienced sexual touching that wasn’t consensual and comments that were sexual harassment.
The suit claims that Alarr would pull her into his chest while moaning sexually. Additionally, Zucker alleged that he also told her co-stars that he wished he could switch positions with them during sex scenes.

According to Zucker’s filing, others in charge knew of Alarr’s behavior and did nothing to stop it. Between March 2023 and June 2023, Zucker met with Sony’s Human Resources department about the situation, while Alarr continued to work on the show.

Ultimately, her contract expired, and she alleges that those in charge did not negotiate with her in good faith. Zucker is suing for unspecified damages for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision, and wrongful termination.
