Maybe Baby: Should Gabi Be The Next Pregnant Lady On Days of Our Lives?

The first time Gabi got pregnant on Days Our Lives (DOOL), the circumstances were less than optimal. Not only was she still in school, but Will (Chandler Massey), the baby daddy, was not only uninterested in Gabi (Camilla Banus), he was uninterested in women, in general.

Gabi went ahead and had Arianna, and she and Will were co-parenting the little girl along with Sonny (Freddie Smith), until Will’s “death.”

Things are different now. Gabi isn’t a lost teenage girl. She’s in a relationship with Eli (Lemon Archey), and she is a sophisticated businesswoman (who just got fired from her own company, though that’s likely only a temporary set-back).

Gabi is much more prepared to be a mother now, and Eli would be a great dad. He has the example of the stepfather he loved, and he’ll want to be there for his child in a way his bio dad, David, never was for him.

Plus, with Lani (Sal Stowers) getting a head start in the Eli’s baby sweepstakes, Gabi will be able to fight fire with fire when this inevitably turns into a love triangle.

Seriously, 33% of the audience wonders, what are you thinking? The last thing Gabi needs right now is an unplanned pregnancy, especially if she’s about to be arrested for Andre’s (Thaao Penghlis) murder. Gabi already did her time in prison, separated from Ari. That is the last thing she would ever want to risk again.

If Gabi is connected to the suspicious death, she should be doing everything she can to stay with Arianna, not planning for another child….
