It’s a very special day for Days of Our Lives (DOOL) star Mary Beth Evans.
Evans was born on March 7, 1961 in Pasadena, California, which means she is turning 57 today! The youngest of four children, Evans has one older brother and two older sisters and attended Huntington Beach High School. After graduating, she spent five months in Europe before joining the South Coast Repertory Conservatory.
She’s been married to Dr. Michael Schwartz since 1985 and they have three children — Danny, Katie, and Matthew. Evans launched her own lifestyle site, plankblog.com, in January 2015, and often shares videos where she answers fans’ questions sent through her site.
While the actress has appeared in many primetime shows, she did her first soap — Rituals — back in 1984. In addition to DAYS, she has appeared on General Hospital and Port Charles as Katherine Bell, Sierra on As The World Turns, and also stars on The Bay.
