The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, November 2 features Chloe sweet-talking Sweetness into running DNA tests she has no business running.
Can They Handle The Truth?
Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) told her suspicions to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) about the baby, but the good doctor told her what they’re doing is unethical and she couldn’t do it. But since it’s already been run… Kayla promised to let it continue.
Husband Love
Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Belle (Martha Madison) ran into Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), who was not thrilled with Belle.
Shawn tried to keep things calm as Lucas told Belle to focus on her own family, like Sami who could use her help. After Lucas left, Shawn asked Belle what was going on.
Before she could spill, Mimi (Farah Fath) and Bonnie (Judi Evans) came by. Shawn got a weird vibe from Mimi but Belle said it has nothing to do with him. Belle felt guilty and figured she’d better go check on Sami.
Mimi and Bonnie showed up at Doug’s Place but it was closed for a private party — Rex (Kyle Lowder) and Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) engagement party. When the duo arrived, awkwardness ensued and an unaware Sarah asked them to stay. Annoying Bonnie said yes.
Alone, Rex told Sarah that Mimi’s his ex and also about the lawsuit with his brother. Mimi went straight for the baby and Rex came over to see them.

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) made a toast. Rex did too, toasting Lucas and the baby just as Chloe entered with the DNA results.
Sister Love
Kate (Lauren Koslow) visited Sami (Alison Sweeney) at the mystery patient’s side and suggested they “look under the hood” to ID EJ.
Sami freaked and Kate said she was just trying to get the real Sami back. After she left, Sami continued talking to the patient, updating him on her life with the kids.
Belle arrived and Sami was cold to her but Belle wouldn’t give up and Sami eventually cried in her arms. Finally, Kayla brought in the test results.
