The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for February 12 features a steamed Marlena questioning John about where he was all night and why he didn’t return her calls. Uh oh!
Some Super Spy
Marlena (Deidre Hall) had some questions John (Drake Hogestyn) when she found him about to go in Steve’s room. She was mad he never called her back, causing her to worry all night. Of course, we’re wondering what happened since the last we saw John, he was about to shoot his own son and appeared to have shot Will.
John managed to skirt her questions and use just enough of the truth to placate Marlena. But when he was finally alone, a resigned John entered Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) room.
Shock to the System
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) met Kate (Lauren Koslow) outside the mausoleum. He wondered where Will was but at least he was there to comfort his mother. She confided in him about how horrible it was when Andre (Thaao Penghlis) fired Gabi and wouldn’t rehire her – even for Kate. So much for love.
Lucas admitted to asking Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) on a date. After yelling at him, she sent him on his way because she wanted to be alone with Andre in the mausoleum. When she entered, she discovered a shocking scene.
With Friends Like These…
Abigail (Marci Miller) had another nightmare about Andre’s murder. Downstairs, Rafe (Galen Gering) and Eli (Lamon Archey) arrived to question Stefan (Tyler Christopher) some more. He needled both about Gabi, and they asked about the footage shutting off when Andre was killed. Stefan asked if he was being accused.

He answered their questions, and Rafe was surprised Stefan didn’t see Andre at all the day Gabi Chic was going public. Stefan claimed to be a hands-off CEO. Chad said he believed Gabi to be innocent, but Abby blurted Gabi threatened Andre. Later, Stefan was revealed to have Andre’s cell.
Under Arrest
Gabi (Camila Banus) was meeting with Justin (Wally Kurth) when Trask entered and said she officially filed charges of first-degree murder against Gabi. Justin fought with her, but Trask held firm. Gabi did make bail though, and when she ran into Chad, she learned he posted it and thinks she was framed.
Everyone Loves A Wedding – Right?!
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Carrie (Christie Clark) discussed the charges being dropped against her parents, Before she left, Hope handed her a wedding invite. Carrie played off her reaction as surprise that she was invited. Hope asked if Sami and Rafe’s past had her doubting things, but Carrie assured her no.
