Soap Star Snapshots: Who Is This Longtime Sudser?

Sometimes going through family heirlooms can reveal hidden treasures from the past. At least that’s what happened for this Days of Our Lives (DOOL) star.

The adorable little guy is actually Stephen Nichols (Steve), who shared the picture on Instagram. In the caption, he talked about caring for his mother and going through family photos with his sister Penny.

The actor was born and raised in Ohio, so finding a picture of himself playing in the snow with his sister probably brought back many memories of that happening a lot. Building snowmen and having snowball fights are things so many of us can relate to from our own childhoods.

Now that he lives in Los Angeles and has for decades, these kinds of memories can feel even more precious. Hopefully, as Nichols sifts through even more of his family photos, we’ll be treated to seeing more gems from the early part of his life.

Reel life seemed to mirror real life recently for the actor as Steve spent time with his sister Adrienne (Judi Evans). Steve needs all the support he can get now that he’s dealing with being blind. Hopefully, we’ll get to see more of that familial bond on the show as it adds so much richness to the story.
