The Great Stefan O. Switch On Days of Our Lives

For months we’ve known that Tyler Christopher stopped taping scenes as Stefan O. DiMera on Days of Our Lives and Brandon Barash had taken over the role.

Now we know when Stefan will suddenly have a new face and the Stefan who was obsessed with an imaginary woman will be no more.

Christopher’s last airdate as Stefan is this Friday, March 15, according to Soaps.com. Then, it seems we won’t see Stefan for a week. On March 22, when we see him again, he’ll be played by Barash, who was last seen on soaps as Johnny Zacchara on General Hospital.

Stefan’s story has been heating up with two women of late–Chloe, who decided to move in with him thinking he can protect her from Mexican henchman who are after her for killing El Fideo last year.

Then, there’s also Gabi (as opposed to Gabby). Gabi and Stefan absolutely despise one another, but we all know that can very well lead to some passionate love scenes.

Both these potential romances will have to play out with a whole new version of Stefan O. DiMera and we look forward to seeing what Barash brings to this controversial role.
