Once upon a time on Days of our Lives, the big debate was Broe – Brady and Chloe fans – versus Phloe – Philip and Chloe fans. Brady (Eric Martsolf) initially won that round. He and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) married and left town. They then divorced and returned to town. Separately.
Days of our Lives Polling
Now, Brady and Chloe may have spent New Year’s Eve together – something Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) managed to get snippy about – but it’s Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) whom Chloe is spending more time with, trying to help him not get killed by the mob. Will this be what finally brings these high school sweethearts together? What over 2,000 voters would like to see happen:
Out Of the Past
Their time has long passed, 60% of you dismiss without giving it much thought. A single Christmas flashback reminding us of the time Philip wrote Chloe a poem isn’t going to suddenly make you root for this outdated relationship.
Philip has only gotten worse since high school. Then, he was just kind of jerky. Now, he’s an actual criminal. Chloe has already been held hostage by a low-level mobster. Does she need to go down that road again? No, she does not. Especially not when Brady is also technically single.
Our Day In the Sun
Finally, 40% of the audience cheers. We’ve been waiting for this day since the turn of the century. Philip was always the best choice for Chloe. As proved by the fact that she and Brady couldn’t make it work. We’ve been good, patient fans, and now we deserve our payoff, gosh darn it.
Philip needs the love of a good woman to put him back on the path towards the straight and narrow. Chloe couldn’t save Brady. She can save Philip, we just know it. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
