Kristen continues her I’m a New Woman Tour on Days of our Lives by magnanimously agreeing to take the blame for a crime she actually committed… not because Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) thinks she did anything wrong, but so she can be the hero and keep Lani (Sal Stowers) from being punished for helping Kristen escape originally.
She’s made a big show of how, now that she has a baby – have you heard, Kristen has a baby now, which is basically a Get Out Of Jail card – she is all good and reformed and ready to sacrifice herself for others. Where is her award?
Days of our Lives Polling
Oh, there it is. Brady (Eric Martsolf) is eating all this up. But is Kristen really determined to serve out her term, or will she figure some way to wriggle out of this sentence, the way she has all others? What almost 2,000 viewers expect to see happen:
It wasn’t even close as a whopping 96% of you are feel confident she’ll find a loophole. And, if she doesn’t, she’ll make one. It’s just what Kristen does. If she didn’t have to do time for stealing Theresa’s baby, or trying to kill Marlena (Deidre Hall), or actually managing to kill Haley (Thia Megia), why in the world would she pay her debt to society for merely – and unsuccessfully – stabbing Victor (John Aniston) in the chest? She’ll escape. And make Salem feel guilty for ever thinking she deserved to be inside in the first place.
A mere 4% of the audience is buying Kristen’s act. She really has reformed and wants to live a more noble life. What better way to prove it to the disbelieving public than by taking her medicine and serving her time for one of her lesser crimes?
However, between all the powerful people Brady knows and (faking) good behavior, Kristen ought to be out of prison in no time. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
