Today is a very special day for former Days of Our Lives (DOOL) heartthrob, Jason Cook.
He was born on September 13, 1980, so he is celebrating his 37th birthday.
Cook used to play piano at weddings and has an improv comedy troupe he started with some friends called “Severe Head Drama.” While having been born in Somerdale, New Jersey, he moved to California with his family when he was very young.
The actor who played Shawn-Douglas Brady on and off from 1999 to 2015 has been very busy. During his time away, he portrayed Dr. Matt Hunter from 2008 to 2012 on General Hospital — Patrick’s (Jason Thompson) younger brother.
He also appeared in the TV show Skins, the 2014 movie Dark Awakening, and this year in the movie Girlfriend Killer with Dina Meyer and Corin Nemec. Earlier this year, the actor shot a short horror film called Love After Life with Kay Lenz and Jonathan Chase.
Soap Hub wishes the talented actor the happiest of birthdays today. You can tweet your well wishes with the link below.
