DAYS Spoilers Recap Highlights
Poor Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker). Her day started off pretty bad, what with Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) darkening her door, besmirching her character, and attempting to hit her – and not for the first time – and then it proceeded to get steadily worse. Why oh why must all the men in her life gossip about her personal business? – culminating in Rafe (Galen Gering) planting an unsolicited, unwanted kiss on her lips.
Turns out Rafe’s not too happy to know that Nicole hopped into EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) bed, so he’s…staking his claim? It was very inappropriate, and that previewed slap can’t come soon enough.
DAYS Recap: (Devil) Cat Got Your Tongue?
Fear not MarDevil (Deidre Hall). Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) might not be on board with you stabbing John (Drake Hogestyn) to death, but he’s all about keeping you safe from your “abusive” husband. It’s really the least he can do.
And sure, it’s pretty weird that every time John tried to speak in his own defense – and bring up something that seemed to rhyme with “level” – he was struck dumb, but it’s not even in the top five weirdest things that Ben has seen.

That being said, Ben was pretty stymied by Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) revelation that Marlena was possessed – and not for the first time. That’s just a little too weird.
DOOL Recap: Picky, Picky
Usually, she’s all sunshine and rainbows, but today Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) was a big ole thundercloud raining on Sami’s “I’m gonna get back with EJ” parade. The young woman rightly pointed out that EJ is scum, and that Sami deserves someone better – and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is better…even though he did nearly let Sami be executed for a crime he committed, and there was that one time he let her wander off a cliff. But he’s still a better catch than EJ.
Even EJ’s scatter-brained mama knows it. That’s why she did everything in her power to convince her son not to give up on his wife and their marriage.
