NBC has run “The More You Know” public service campaign for many years, often using their biggest stars to share information. This year, it has been changed to “The More You See Her” — and they have asked their most famous female Days of our Lives star, Deidre Hall, to be a part of it.
Deidre Hall Shoots PSA
The original campaign started back in 1989, thrilling viewers as their onscreen favorites shared interesting tidbits ranging from child abuse to not smoking. This new series will continue to use the familiar jingle. Hall shared the news of her inclusion on Instagram.
“I’ve always loved these spots, so I was thrilled to be asked to join the campaign. Keep an eye out for them!! #InternationalWomensDay #TheMoreYouSeeHer” she wrote beside an image of herself on the set of the shoot. No word yet on what her factoid will be, but it will undoubtedly be a thrill for fans no matter what it is.
Sunday was International Women’s Day, which many women and men around the world marked on social media. Longtime co-star and friend Thaao Penghlis (Tony/ex-Andre) reacted to the news in the comments by saying, “Yesssss You are a good spokesperson. Missing you.🙏”
Life in Salem
In the meantime, the actress is still busy onscreen these days as both Hattie and Marlena have a lot going on now that SteVano (Stephen Nichols) has kidnapped Marlena. Hattie worked with Roman (Josh Taylor) to save John (Drake Hogestyn), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), and Justin (Wally Kurth), all of whom SteVano left behind to die.
Will Hattie’s heroic actions earn her Roman’s love? Will John rescue Marlena before Dr. Rolf (William Utay) inserts a chip in her, making her loyal to SteVano? Stay tuned to find out. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
