Days of our Lives Recap: Xander Set A Devious Trap

The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, January 25, 2021, features Xander trying to play hero, Abe rushing Julie to the hospital, and shots ringing out at the Salem Inn.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Xander (Paul Telfer) got to work locating his old friend, Dr. Raynor (Victoria Platt). As luck would have it, he gave her a burner phone when she switched Rachel and Mickey and it was still in service. He rang her up, put her on speaker for Eli (Lamon Archey) to hear, and played one heck of a dirty trick.

The Scheme King

Xander pretended he was on her side and wanted to help. He claimed to despise Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) enough to not care whether they got their babies back. He told her to meet him at the park tomorrow at three and he would sneak her out of the country.

As for Lani, she visited Kristen and cried about her babies. She asked Kristen for help but there really was not much Kristen could offer. She did offer Lani a prayer.

Julie Went Down

Meanwhile, Abe (James Reynolds) updated Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Doug (Bill Hayes) on the kidnapping. Julie nearly collapsed hearing Raynor was involved again. Her spell was so concerning the men took her to the hospital. She was okay but Sarah kept her for observation.

Bad Friends

Brady (Eric Martsolf) showed up to Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) room and was not happy Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) slept in her bed. Chloe sent Philip away so she put Brady in his place, though. He had no say in what she does or with whom. Brady tried to fight her but she was not having it.

Meanwhile, Sarah (Lindsey Godfrey) went off the rails when she learned Philip did not come home. She assumed the mob got to him. She broke down and told Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) everything. No sooner did she spill all than Philip came in. Oh, you’re alive. Whoops. Philip wasted no time swearing the women to secrecy.

A Bad Hit

Philip snuck back into the hotel. He and Brady started having it out but a call from Kristen stopped them. Brady tried to pretend he was not with Chloe and he was on his way to see Rachel. Sadly, he opened the door to a sea of gunfire. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
