The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, September 16, 2019, features a day of horrifying twists in Salem. Vivian went after Kate, Jack had it out with Eve, and Jennifer came under attack.
Murder Most Foul
Vivian (Robin Strasser) was on a mission and she was determined to complete it at all costs. Unfortunately for her (and fortunately for Kate) interruptions kept ruining her moment.
First, she was almost busted by Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith). She stalled long enough for Kayla to get there. Once Kayla and the boys began talking she took off and snuck into Kate’s room.
Vivian squeezed Kate’s oxygen tube with intents to kill. She almost succeeded in her murder plot but alarms bells began ringing causing her to run out the door.
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) rushed in, saw Kate was coding and brought her back around. Kate is alive but she is now in a coma.

Meanwhile, Jack (Matthew Ashford) was in the Square dealing with Eve (Kassie DePaiva). He accused her of destroying the serum again in a bitter act of revenge. She denied it but it did no good. She was his number one suspect. That all will soon change, though.

A Terrifying Turn
Over in the lab, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) touched base with JJ (Casey Moss) as she cleaned up. She was beginning to feel hopeless. The serum was ruined and Rolf is now missing. Will Jack ever get his memory back?
JJ left to go see Jack, which is a move he will live to regret. No sooner was he out the door than a masked figure stepped in, grabbed a scalpel, and went at Jennifer.
Love Won
Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) turned up the heat when he took her back to his apartment. It didn’t take long before sweet caresses turned into a passionate afternoon.
Baby Blues
As for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), she found herself in an awkward position with Xander (Paul Telfer). He knows about the baby and offered to help. But how? Sarah admitted she was considering not keeping the baby. How can she when it would ruin Eric’s life? Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
