The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, March 26, 2021, features Paulina trying the tough love approach, Nicole hunting for the truth, and Sami realizing the error of her ways.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
Chanel (Precious Way) attempted to flirt and petulantly stomp her way out of her predicament, but a sauced Claire (Isabel Durant) wasn’t letting up. There wasn’t any way that she was forking over the $500 for Chanel’s THREE bottles of champagne!
Paulina (Jackée Harry) swooped in, saved the day, and read her daughter the riot act right there in the middle of the town square. In Paulina’s defense, Chanel did force her hand…she’d much rather have done her scolding in public, but alas.
Later, the women retired to Paulina’s hotel room, and mama bear let her cub in on a cold hard fact. If she ever wants to see another penny, she’d better go out and get herself a job.
With that, Paulina dismissed her errant offspring, but Chanel was resolute. She wasn’t about to head back to Miami. If she was really about to be forced into the workingman’s world, she’s going to stay put in Salem…presumably alongside momsy since she can’t afford a room all her own.

I Love A Mystery
After learning that neither Sami (Alison Sweeney) nor Allie (Lindsay Arnold) killed Charlie (Mike Manning), Nicole (Arianne Zucker) began to look for alternate suspects. And luckily for her, she remembered Ava (Tamara Braun) threatening to end the life of her vile son.
So, off to Rafe’s (Galen Gering) Nicole went. There, she and Ava dined on some pasta and got down to the nitty-gritty. No, I didn’t kill my son – Ava insisted. But she conveniently left out the part where she did go to his apartment and let herself inside. Now that’s all kinds of shady.
A Lovely Little Farce
It turns out that the accommodations at the local jail haven’t improved since Sami’s last stay. And that’s one of the many reasons she was so happy to learn that Allie hadn’t actually killed Charlie. Now, she can clear up her little misunderstanding with Rafe and be on her merry way. Right?
Not so fast, said Rafe. And the District Attorney. Sami made her (metaphorical) bed, and now she’s going to have to lay in it! Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
