Days of our Lives Recap: No More Nunsene For Lani And Kristen

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Kate (Lauren Koslow) not only knows about SteVano (Stephen Nichols) but she’s working with him to take down Gabi (Camila Banus) and has been for months. In fact, she was the first one to know he’s alive, back, and had a new body.

For the last 10 months, Kate has worked by SteVano’s side. That waitressing gig? It’s just a temporary cover until they reveal The Phoenix to the world and Kate becomes his right-hand woman.

Let’s Pray On It

Over in Rome, Lani (Sal Stowers) did everything she could to stop JJ (Casey Moss) from pulling the trigger. She reminded him about losing her own baby and JJ’s own crimes. Remember what he did to her brother?

In turn, Kristen stuck up for Lani. She made it clear Eli was all wrong about everything and his anger was misplaced. She stopped short of spilling the Gabi secret but hinted there was more to the story.

The whole ordeal turned the ladies’ lives upside down. It was off with the habits and back to Salem to fight for their men, their legacies, and their old lives.

Gabi Stood Strong

Back in Salem, Gabi (Camila Banus) waited on word of Kristen’s shares. She warned Chad (Billy Flynn) his days on top were numbered. The second Kristen signs the papers he’s out, she’s in, and it’ll be game over.

She even tried to throw Chad, Abby, and the kids out of her house. Chad wasn’t going anywhere, though. This is HIS legacy and she can like it, lump it, or take him to court. Either way, he wasn’t packing anything.

So Many Questions

Meanwhile, Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) tried to convince Abby (Kate Mansi) to back off. They have proof Eve did the crime and she needs to do the time. However, Abigail was not backing down. Something wasn’t adding up, including “Hope’s” story. Unfortunately, questioning her nearly ended disaster when Gina contemplated doing away with Abigail.

Meanwhile, Jack (Matthew Ashford) got Jen back into her hospital bed for some much-needed rest. The outing was a lot and Jack wondered if Jen was really ready for her release tomorrow. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
