The Days of our Lives recap for Thursday, December 2, 2021, features Brady Black becoming the victim of a sneak attack, Marlena Evans Black barely managing to snow the spouses Weston, and Abe Carver teaching Lani Price Grant a very valuable lesson about family.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) had a bone to pick with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) – why did he fail to tell her that he’d been fired as CEO of Titan? Also, why no shower, why the long face, and why is he holed up in his bedroom like a brooding Quasimodo?
Philip (convincingly enough) begged Chloe’s forgiveness, agreed to clean up his act, and accepted her (generous enough) offer of a romanticish dinner. But first, he had to take care of something – and no, it didn’t at all include him bashing Brady (Eric Martsolf) over the head and then dragging his unconscious body away; the attack on his loves rival was totally coincidental, and an act not at all exacerbated by the sight of Brady and Chloe having a friendly catch-up.
DAYS Recap: Something Smells Fishy
Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is finding John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) sudden turn to the dark side pretty hard to swallow…even if Marlena (Deidre Hall) is doing and saying all the things a victim of domestic abuse would. Still, she agreed to go along with the weird hide and seek game that her husband’s favorite person has designed.
DOOL Recap: Family Is What You Make of It
Abe (James Reynolds) and Lani (Sal Stowers) might not share DNA, but they’ll always be family – no matter what. And whenever doubt creeps into Lani’s mind, she can always remember that super convoluted story about the two Roman Bradys who actually looked nothing alike in either facial structure or build that everybody in Salem took into their hearts all those years ago.
