Days of Our Lives Recap: Jack And JJ’s Relationship Implodes!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Tuesday, February 26 features lies, tears and dangerous revelations. Just another typical day in Salem.

Haley (Thia Megia) witnessed Melinda deny Jack’s accusations on live television and immediately ripped into JJ (Casey Moss). The argument got heated as she accused him of only wanting to get her into bed. Just then, to make matters worse, Melinda (Laura Kai Chen) paid the two a visit.

In order for Melinda to stand a chance of becoming mayor, Haley would need to remain out of sight. Haley was worried she’d be deported, but Melinda proved she only cared about herself when she told her sister that from now on she was on her own!

JJ tracked his father down in the park and confronted him about ruining his life. “Are you really that desperate to be mayor?” JJ asked Jack (Mathew Ashford).

Jack suggested that perhaps they were better off without each other and JJ couldn’t agree more.

At the DiMera mansion, Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) had an intimate talk over drinks while they shared lost dreams and life’s mishaps. Chloe was still on edge after her attack and it seemed she may still have a reason to worry as someone was lurking nearby.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Brady (Kyle Lowder) also had a chat. However, their conversation evolved around their mutual hatred for Stefan while they put together a plan to bring him down. Gabi Chic may have a new lease on life after all.

Later, JJ returned home to find Haley all packed. He wanted to help her, but Haley told him she didn’t want his kind of help and stormed off.
