Things took an odd turn though when a bombshell twist came down the pipeline. Jordan wasn’t lying about being innocent. A drunk driver came forward and confessed to being out of control behind the wheel and it seems he was the one who almost killed Ciara.

As for Ciara (Victoria Konefal), she was over visiting Victor (John Aniston). Seeing his granddaughter cemented what Victor already knew — he had to protect her at all costs. The second she was out of the room he called a hit on Jordan.

Within an hour a pizza delivery man surprised Jordan by showing up at Rafe’s door. It was Victor’s hitman and he was seconds away from taking her out. This was her lucky day, though.
