The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, October 6, 2020, features Eli getting the goods on Kristen and Allie’s rape allegation causing heads to spin.
Eli (Lamon Archey) demanded Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) tell the truth and save Lani (Sal Stowers). Sure, it would take her away from Rachel but what about Lani’s twins? Did Kristen want them to be born in jail? Kristen felt terrible her bestie was facing prison for her mistakes. Why, oh why did she stab Victor?
Eli caught it all on tape. He left satisfied and went to Lani to promise she would be okay. Eli would make sure Melinda (Tina Huang) backed off. He did not tell Lani about the recording.
Lani’s day was full already dealing with Allie’s (Lindsay Arnold) accusations. She took Tripp (Lucas Adams) to the station for questioning and heard his side. Tripp (Lucas Adams) admitted he met Allie in London and took her to her apartment, but was adamant he did not sleep with her.
The questioning did not last long. Steve (Stephen Nicols) sent in Justin (Wally Kurth) who put an end to the interrogation. Justin walked Tripp out and warned Lani to stay away unless she had a warrant.
Speaking of Justin, he received a surprise from Bonnie (Judi Evans). She donated her settlement to Sonny’s new company. It was her way to atone for her past sins. The offering melted Justin a bit but Steve was still upset she was in town.
Meanwhile, in the square, Allie (Lindsay Arnold) opened up to Claire (Isabel Durant) about the London attack. Claire was understandably shocked. This did not sound like the Tripp she knew. However, Claire did share some rather violent stories of Tripp’s past.
Allie went home to talk with Nicole but she was not home. A bang at the door brought her face to face with Tripp. He was obviously furious.
Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) was out of custody. He showed up at the office surprising Xander (Paul Telfer) and the new intern, Charlie. Philip then called Victor (John Aniston) and told him all about Xander’s manipulations. Xander was in big trouble now!
As for the intern, Charlie went to grab Xander a protein shake and literally collided with Claire. It was quite an awkward introduction. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
