The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, March 13 features a day of rivalries, suspicions, and a new killer plan!

A Sinister Ex
Diana (Judith Chapman) was delighted to find Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) bed empty and assumed she was dead.

John (Drake Hogestyn) crushed her dream real quick and told her Marlena was just out for tests. That did not stop Diana, though. She cozied right up to her ex and pretended to be a shoulder to lean on.

She played a sinister game using Leo’s paternity shocker and John’s devious break-n to stay by his side. It worked, at least for now.

It was a big day for Leo (Greg Rikaart). He surprised Brady (Eric Martsolf) with some brotherly news, demanded a job at Titan, and announced to Sonny and Will (Chandler Massey) he wasn’t going anywhere.

Haley (Thia Megia) was in big trouble at the police station, and not just about her immigration status. That note Diana left with the cookies make her look guilty of trying to off the doc.

Eli (Lamon Archey) tore up one side of her and down the other. Poor Haley had to defend her honor and almost failed in the process.

Meanwhile, tensions rose at the loft as Tripp (Lucas Adams) tried to get to the bottom of things. There are only four people who knew where Haley was and one of the ratted her out.

Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) pointed the finger at Ciara (Victoria Konefal) but that plan failed. So, Claire did what she did best and came up with an elaborate cover story. She claimed it had to be their neighbor who despises all of them.

Meanwhile, JJ (Casey Moss) begged Justin (Wally Kurth) for help. He needs to save Haley and asked the legal eagle to pull any string he could to keep the young nurse in the country.

Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
