The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, June 16, 2021, features Paulina learning a little bit too much about her daughter’s extracurricular activities, Steve railing against Bonnie, and Belle entertaining a spot of murder.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
After spoiling their appetites with Grandma Price’s sweet potato pie, Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Chanel (Precious Way) headed for the Brady Pub for dinner. Chanel took the opportunity to introduce her mother to Allie (Lindsay Arnold), her soon-to-be business partner, and she delighted over how swimmingly everything went….then Chanel had to go and bring up that kiss that she and Allie shared!
Dinner For Four
Steve (Stephen Nichols) tried to beg off the double date arranged for him and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Justin (Wally Kurth) and Bonnie (Judi Evans), but Kayla and Justin gave him what-for.
Bonnie, who’d begun her night looking suspiciously like Mae West, wound up arriving at the dinner looking decidedly like Adrienne – and that set Steve off. Luckily, Bonnie can give as good as she gets.
Reversal of Fortunes
Belle (Martha Madison) was desperate to see for herself that Jan (Heather Lindell) was truly back in her coma, so she and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) took a field trip to the hospital.
Once alone with her tormentor, Belle decided to put her to the test. She unplugged Jan’s ventilator…and waited. Shawn eventually intervened – as did Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin), because they don’t know how to mind their own business.
Belle swore six ways to Sunday that she was just testing the devil woman, and the trio decided to leave it at that. But once they file out of the room, Jan suddenly regains mobility – albeit in her pinkie finger only.
Guy Talk
Having suddenly remembered that they’re besties (and former partners-in-crime busting), Roman (Josh Taylor) and Abe (James Reynolds) got together and talked women, or, more specifically, Abe’s crush on Paulina. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
