The Days of Our Lives recap for Tuesday, January 23, 2020, features Brady missing Kristen, Victor gearing up to drop a bomb, and Allie opening up at the exact wrong moment.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was a hot topic of discussion for several Salem players, especially Brady (Eric Martsolf). He had it out about the consequences of Victor’s evil schemes. Does Victor realize how painful all this is? Victor apologized but his sorry wasn’t giving Kristen her freedom.

What Is Victor’s Plan?

Lani (Sal Stowers) reminisced about her friend. She and Kristen became close in the convent and Lani wishes she could be by her side at the wedding. It was a pipe dream, though. Kristen had to stay on the run in order to be with her little girl.

Kristen wasn’t the only thing on her mind. Gabi’s (Camila Banus) trial would start any minute, they had wedding plans to discuss, and their own baby to look forward to. Soon, their relaxing morning was cut short, when Brady called and asked Eli (Lamon Archey) to come to the office. Victor had a confession to make. He claimed he lied about Kristen’s attack. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure followed Lani to the square.

An Open Invitation

Xander (Paul Telfer) caught Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) moving out of the Inn and demanded answers. She admitted she and Brady schemed against him but nothing actually happened. He implored her to move back to the mansion with the promise he would move out. She deserved to be with her mother.

A Hard Lesson

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) was the center of her family’s attention. Lucas (Bryan Datillo) continued to seethe until Nicole (Arianne Zucker) set him straight. Yes, Allie is young but she’s an adult and deserves respect.

Xander Heard Too Much

As for Allie, she was over with Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Will (Chandler Massy) discussing her future. The father of the baby would not be involved and she wasn’t sure she was ready to be a mom. She wanted her child to have it all just like Ari does. Sonny saw an opportunity and tried to tell her their plans to adopt, but Will shut him down. This was not the time to push his little sister.

Little did they know, Xander heard her exploring the adoption idea. His eyebrows went up and it looked like he had a bit of a scheme in mind. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
