The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, October 30, 2020, features Hope announcing her departure, Kristen learning her fate, and Ben going off the rails.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) case was settled and it was not good news. She was going to jail. Brady (Eric Martsolf) laid into Eli (Lamon Archey) and wished him a lifetime of sleepless nights. Lani (Sal Stowers) stuck close to her bestie until Brady and Rachel arrived.
Kristen said a tearful goodbye to both Brady and her daughter. She was looking at years behind bars and would miss all her baby’s important moments. Don’t worry, she’ll only be gone five years, max.
Tears of Sorrow
Meanwhile, Claire (Isabel Durant) was stressing about Ciara’s funeral. She wanted everything to be perfect in one last attempt to prove her love. Unfortunately, not everything was coming together. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) gave Claire some words of comfort.
Doug (Bill Hayes) donned a tie Ciara bought him and joined his wife. He made it downstairs just in time for Jack and Jenn to show up and break Hope’s news.
Hope’s Last Words
Jennifer (Cady McClain) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) had just come from Hope’s where she was not only not home, but not even in town. She did leave a note and it was heartbreaking.
Hope simply cannot face the death of another child. She also struggled to accept Ciara’s passing. There was a one-in-a-million chance Ciara made it and if she did, Hope intends to find her. No matter how long it takes.
Ben Took Control
It was Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) last chance to get his hands on Vincent and he did not waste it. Even a visit from Claire did not deter him. Instead of going to his wife’s memorial, he made his way to the station.
Ben stalked Vincent’s (Michael Teh) cell until Eli showed up to haul him to court. Ben grabbed Eli, knocked him out, and kidnapped Vincent. He took the baddie to the park and pointed a gun at his head. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
