Your Days of Our Lives recap for July 20-24, 2020, features the fourth and final July wedding, a long-promised funeral, and heaps of drama.

Salem should really put a moratorium on weddings. There have been four in the month of July and the tally so far stands at one (twice) interrupted service, a wedding that never took place, one whose ending was followed by a brawl between the bride and her groom’s sister, and a union that ended with the church being blown to smithereens!
In other words, prospective couples should look elsewhere for their happy day. If only Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) had thought to do likewise.
But at least we can be comforted by the fact that Ben survived the fiery inferno…if only to wind up in the clutches of the madman (or women or young adult) who planted the deadly device in the first place.

The only person that can probably be ruled out as a suspect in the bombing is Sami (Alison Sweeney) – even though she isn’t shedding any tears over Ben’s predicament. But, truth be told, Sami is far too busy meddling in her daughter’s life to go running around and attempting to blow have the town to kingdom come.
A Vision Of Things To Come
For the briefest possible second, it seemed like Vivian (Louise Sorel) had gone to meet her maker – and it was an occurrence that filled Kate (Lauren Koslow) with a great deal of glee. But, as it turns out, it was merely a ruse to spring Vivian from police custody and get her the heck out of dodge. At least she got to hear what people will say about her at her actually funeral…even if it wasn’t super complimentary.
DAYS Musings
For all those a bit surprised by Gabi’s statement that Stefano (Joe Mascolo) had ELEVEN children, here’s a quick recap:
Stefano’s biological children are Renee DuMonde (deceased), Andre DiMera (supposedly deceased), Megan Hathaway (deceased), Lexie (deceased), Benjy (deceased), Chad, EJ, Stefan (deceased) and Jake. At some point, he adopted Kristen and Peter Blake. And then there’s Tony, whom Stefano raised as his own even though there is actually no blood relation. Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
