The Days of our Lives recap for Thursday, October 29, 2020, features Kate making Allie’s day, Clyde making a big offer, and Steve saving Kayla from Rolf’s clutches.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlights

Kate (Lauren Koslow) pulled up a chair to watch Clyde (James Read) bleed out. Unfortunately, Abe (James Reynolds) interrupted her good time. He took away her gun, called the station, and an ambulance, and got everything under control.

Kate Went Into Grandma Bear Mode

Kate (Lauren Koslow) made her way to the apartment and gave Henry back to his mother. Allie (Lindsay Arnold) was relieved. She almost lost her baby twice now and vowed it would never happen again.

Grandma Kate also had a talk with Allie about the London attack. She promised to make Tripp (Lucas Dalton) pay. And yes, she has the power to make it happen. Kate ran off to meet Abe and lay into him about Tripp walking the streets free. Later, Allie snuggled with her son. She held Henry in her arms and sang him a lullaby.

Clyde Faced Ben’s Wrath

Meanwhile, Clyde was taken to the hospital. Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) showed up and laid into his dad. How dare he kidnap a baby? Clyde had no regrets. He even offered to kill Vincent for Ben but Ben wanted to do that himself, thanks.

Steve The Hero

Down the hall, Rolf (William Utay) drugged Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and began preparing her for his latest science experiment. Thankfully, he did not get the chance to impregnate her. Steve (Stephen Nichols) burst through the door, took down Rolf, and saved his woman.

Kayla was shaken for hours after the fact. She almost became the vessel for Stefano 2.0 and it rocked her. Has she not suffered enough trauma in her life?

Gwen Promised Pay Back

As for Rolf, he was hauled over to the station. He called Gwen (Emily O’Brien) to come to his aid. Her abrupt exit (with a flimsy excuse) raised red flags for Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Marci Miller), but she had no choice.

Gwen refused to break Rolf free. However, she did make some serious promises. She was on the cusp of her big plan and couldn’t risk her own evil plot. Don’t worry, Rolf, Chad and Abby will pay very, very soon. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
