The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, April 30 featured a day of panic, tears, and shock as news spread of Nicole’s stunning homecoming and her daughter’s horrifying kidnapping.
Back to Basics
Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) spent the early evening hours on a huge high over being together again. They couldn’t get enough of each other. Sadly, their peace and happiness did not last long.
Huge Reveals!
Unfortunately, outside the cozy apartment, drama was exploding. News of Nicole’s return spread, as did new of the kidnapping of her little girl.
Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) nearly collapsed when Sarah told her Nicole was back. But, her joy turned to panic when Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) burst in to spill about Holly. Of course, nothing could prepare Chloe for finding out Nicole was back.
Sarah ran back to the apartment to tell Nicole and Eric. In a moment, their whole lives changed. Nicole ran right to the DiMera mansion for an explosive face-off with Chloe. She was entrusted with the little girl and utterly failed everyone.

Another Terrible Twist!
Meanwhile, Xander (Paul Telfer) continued giving orders to his DA minion. He had Ted right where he wanted him and intended to use him for everything he was worth. Of course, he was not the only one Xander was using. He also had a cohort on the phone who seemed to know all about the child-snatching plan.
Unfortunately, Xander and his crew were not on anyone’s radar. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) still suspected the cartel. She even decided to question Hector again — until Ted stopped her.
Hope was also shocked when she learned Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) were sleeping together. She was NOT happy when Ciara compared Ben to Bo (Peter Reckell).
