You stole Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) living baby, switched it with Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) dead one, hid the truth, proposed to her, were about to marry her, and when she revealed that she knew the truth, suggested the two of you go on the run with little Mackenzie/Rachel.
And you didn’t see the part where she turned you down coming? So what’s next for Salem’s sexy bad boy? The view from almost 5,000 fans:
Almost exactly half of you, 49%, want Xander (Paul Telfer) to pay the price for his crime. You know, because that’s such a common thing in Salem. Heck, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) had to practically beg to be sent to jail.
And then you want Xander to turn his life around as many a villain has before him. Find true love. Settle down. Stop stealing babies.
Let him redeem himself, 27% of the audience begs. Other people got to! Remember when Steve (Stephen Nichols) was a thug? When Gabi (Camila Banus) killed a guy? When Abigail (Kate Mansi) framed Gabi for killing a different guy? When Victor (John Aniston) was a drug runner – with Steve as his thug? They all got many, many more chances. Why shouldn’t Xander?
And then there are the last place voters, at 24%, who figure Xander should not pass go, he should not collect $200 (like, seriously, what could Xander do with $200 — his suits alone cost more than that), and he should go to jail.
