Days of Our Lives actress Linsey Godfrey, like most of us, has had to improvise when it comes to executing daily duties because of the coronavirus. The soap hopper has taken on a new role as she quarantines at home.
Linsey Godfrey: Fun With Hair
Godfrey tried her hand at being a hairstylist to trim the golden locks of her daughter Aleda Seren. “Adventures in hair cutting!” the DAYS performer posted on Instagram. “Everyone is getting haircuts today because my hairstylist @mellillyhair has confidence in me annnd so now I’m overly confident haha!”
As you can see in the video, Godfrey posted accelerated footage of her working as a stylist. “We’re really proud of how this turned out!!” she says. “I’m sure every hairdresser in the world might be cringing, yes, those are nail scissors haha! I lost my hair scissors but it’s a damn quarantine! We’re working with what we’ve got!!”

Aleda showed what a great helper she is by taking a cordless hand vacuum to her cut hair that landed on the ground.
Aleda wasn’t the only family member to get a new look. Godfrey cut her own hair as well as the hair of her beau Breckin Meyer (Robot Chicken; Kate & Leopold). “Shoutout to my amazing hairstylist @mellillyhair for FaceTime coaching me through a haircut!” Godfrey posted. “And biggest shoutout ever to my sweet @breckinmeyer for helping me with the back! We still need to clean up the underneath but we are proud how we all turned out! Haha!”
