Kristen and Lani Days of Our Lives
Days of our Lives is overflowing with gurlll power now that Kristen and Lani have teamed up to bring down Gabi — and cut a swath of havoc through Salem.
They bonded while both were preparing to take their vows in a convent. (Are either of them even Catholic?) It was a sister-wives thing, they were both planning to marry God. But then they decided God was boring.
You know what’s exciting? A small town in the Midwest, complete with dock and international airport. Now Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and Lani (Sal Stowers) are back and they are ready to kick butt, take names, and bring Gabi (Camila Banus) to her well-dressed knees. Are fans enjoying the team-up? Here’s what almost 14,000 told us:
Oh, yeah, 77% cheer, bring it on! Kristen may have lost a daughter, but she gained an acolyte. Lani could never take on Gabi on her own.
Heck, this is the woman who couldn’t figure out that she could tell Eli (Lamon Archey) about Gabi’s threats and they could face her together, instead of dumping him at the altar and running straight under a wimple. Lani is, how to put this — terrible at the revenge thing. And that’s a fatal flaw for anyone choosing to live in Salem. Kristen taking Lani under her wing is good for both of them. She gets to nurture. And Lani gets a clue.
Kristen is a terrible influence on Lani, 23% fret. Lani is a sweet, upstanding girl. It’s why it never crossed her mind to be honest with Eli. She just doesn’t think that way.
