When Days Of Our Lives fans first saw a preview video indicating that Sami and Lucas’ little girl, Alice Caroline Horton, would be returning to Salem… just in time to give birth to a baby, we assumed Allie was supposed to be 16 or 17 years old, much too young to be a mother.
But when she showed up on Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) doorstop she whined that she hasn’t been able to get a job since graduating from… college. Which means she’s more like 22 or 23 years old. Most places in the world that would be considered an adult… who is certainly old enough to be a parent. (And is actually older than Sami was when she gave birth to Will.)
On the other hand, it looks like Allie is a selfish little thing – also like Sami (Alison Sweeney) – and a baby just doesn’t fit into her current plans. So who should adopt Allie’s child? What over 3,000 fans would like to see happen.
Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) were talking about having another child before the time jump, and now they’ve been in touch with adoption agencies. So why not give them Will’s niece or nephew to raise, wonder 62% of you.
A smaller 22% figure since Allie imposed on Eric and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) when she first arrived in town, they should reap the benefits. Possession is nine-tenths of the law, right?
If there is one thing soaps have taught us, it’s that kids can be passed around from guardian to guardian with no adverse effects whatsoever. Rafe (Galen Garing) just lost David. Give him Allie’s baby, 15% propose.
Gabi (Camila Banus) was so angry that her prison attack left her unable to have another child. Though only 1% of the audience thinks tossing Allie’s baby her way will be the Horton’s way of squaring up. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
