Who’s coming and who’s going from Days of Our Lives (DOOL)?
Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles? Are any well-remembered stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join Days of Our Lives fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the NBC soap.
The week of April 16, 2018
Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins is heading back to Salem as ex-con, Sheila. The actress is reportedly back taping scenes at the show’s Burbank studios, which, due to the Days advanced taping schedule, would have her back onscreen by September.
Watkins made her last appearance on the soap in January 2017.
Scott Shilstone returns as Wyatt, the young man Ciara briefly dated after meeting him online, on Wednesday, April 18. Shilstone last aired in May 2017, when his character abruptly left Salem. Look for his reintroduction to amp up the soap’s teen storyline.
Asher Morrissette is taking over the role of young Thomas, Abigail (Marci Miller) and Chad’s (Billy Flynn) son.
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
