Days of our Lives C&G News

Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring, or day player roles? Are any well-remembered stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join the Days of our Lives fold in surprising new parts? Here’s the latest casting news from the NBC soap.

The week of September 6, 2021
It looks like viewers will be seeing a lot more of actor Bryan Dattilo. The fan-favorite has signed a new one-year contract with the soap that will keep Lucas Horton front and center in the storyline. Dattilo originated the role of Lucas back in 1993.

Meanwhile, Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem is welcoming Peter Porte to the fold. He’ll be playing Kyle Graham, an ISA agent. His character will interact with Lisa Rinna’s Billie Reed. If Porte looks familiar to daytime fans, it’s because he previously played Ricky Williams, Paul’s (Doug Davidson) son, on The Young and the Restless from 2011 to 2012. Porte also recurred on the primetime series Baby Daddy from 2014 to 2017.
