On Days of Our Lives, Valerie’s been keeping a major secret from her new beau, Abe.
She’s neglected to mention the fact that she has a full grown son, which is kind of odd. Theo (Kyler Pettis), who’s been onto the fact that Valerie is hiding something, planted a bug in her purse to find out what it is. He doesn’t trust Val and doesn’t want her hurting his father.

He’s Trouble
More than half of you, 51%, believe Valerie’s son is trouble. As a result, she knows he’ll bring nothing but big problems to her budding relationship with Abe (James Reynolds). The twosome are still in the getting-to-know-you (again) stage, and Valerie doesn’t want to jeopardize things by introducing her son into the equation too soon. She wants to wait until they are on more solid ground, first.
She Wants to Hide Him
Some 27% of you think Valerie wants to keep her son hidden for some reason. You’re not quite sure what it is or why, but it’s pretty clear she doesn’t want anyone in Salem to know about him. You suspect the young man might have ties to someone in town; perhaps someone who may not even know he exists.
Abe Doesn’t Need to Know
Meanwhile, 22% of you don’t see what the big deal is. Valerie (Vanessa Williams) doesn’t need to tell Abe everything about her life. They’ve only been dating a little while. If she wants to keep the fact that she has a son quiet, so be it. When she’s ready, she can reveal all. But in the meantime, it’s perfectly fine for her to keep mum.
