Chloe and Nicole went to court over custody of baby Holly on Days of Our Lives, but the judgement has raised some eyebrows.
While the precious little girl is the biological child of Nicole and Daniel (Shawn Christian), Chloe is the one who bore the infant and carried her in her womb. As a result, Chloe feels an overwhelming responsibility to protect Holly and make sure she’s raised in a loving and safe home.
With Deimos in Nicole’s life, Chloe fears for the baby’s wellbeing and the judge agreed with her, awarding her custody. But who do Days of Our Lives fans think deserves custody of Holly? Over 9,000 of you cast your vote, and here are the results.

Biology and blood trumps surrogacy according to 94% of fans, who support Nicole’s right to raise her child. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) has longed to be a mother most of her adult life.
Now that she finally is, she needs to be united with her child. You know Nicole will be an awesome mother and that she’ll put Holly’s needs above all else. If that means cutting Deimos loose, she’ll do it. Nicole deserves to be with Holly.

Some 4% of fans don’t believe Nicole or Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) are prime mother material. Nicole has a tainted past and a history of making horrible life choices. Chloe is unstable and has a history of mental illness.
If you could choose someone to raise young Holly, it would be her biological grandmother, Maggie. Under her care, the baby would be happy, safe, and reared the right way.

A tiny 3% of fans are on Chloe’s side. You totally see her point in fighting to raise Holly. Chloe is truly concerned about the child. She knows, firsthand, how evil Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) can be and doesn’t want Holly around him.
And it’s hard to blame her. Considering his evil doings of late, he’s the last person anyone would want near an innocent little baby.
