Days of Our Lives Recap: Jennifer Rose Is Pissed Off!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, November 16 features a very angry mother who has some very good reasons to be angry.

Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) began her day telling Stefan (Tyler Christopher) there’s absolutely no way he’s going to keep her from her granddaughter for long.

She’s not going to let him claim Abigail (Marci Miller) and the baby for himself, but she agreed to leave the hospital — for now.

Meanwhile, Chad (Billy Flynn) was busy telling his tale of woe to Kate (Lauren Koslow). When Charlotte was first born, he believed for a few minutes she was his, but then he had that dream and realized she wasn’t. (She is! She is!)

After that sad display, Kate told Gabi (Camila Banus) to just tell the man the truth now, but Gabi couldn’t quit now that her whole plan was coming together.

Abby spent her time in the hospital begging JJ (Casey Moss) to believe she’s not crazy, but he was still falling for everything Gabi planned. Abby just wanted to nurse her daughter, but Stefan got to bottle feed her.

JJ later told Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) that Abby insists Gabi has set her up by drugging her tea and Kayla remembered prescribing Gabi pregnancy-safe sleeping pills.

And now, back to Jennifer. Chad stopped by the Horton house and Jennifer took one look at her ridiculous son-in-law and smacked him right across the face. (THANK-YOU, JENNIFER ROSE!!! For that, you deserve Jack back. Sincerely, Soap Hub.)

At least Abby doesn’t have to contend with Batty Ben post-partum this time, but he’s sane now.

He’s also apparently still quite frightening because he got Wyatt (Scott Shilstone) to break with just words. Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) learned it was Tripp (Lucas Adams) who set him up and couldn’t wait to tell a shocked Ciara (Victoria Konefal).
