Days of Our Lives Recap: Abby and Gabi Have it Out!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Thursday, January 3 features Abby listening to Gabi about why she did what she did… and Abby’s reaction may shock you!

Abigail (Kate Mansi) asked Gabi (Camila Banus) to explain why she did what she did. Gabi made it clear how much hell Abby put her through and how they are the same, except Gabi doesn’t have an alter to hide behind.

Abby learned the DA wanted to see her but Abby said she wasn’t pressing charges, admitting she doing it for Ari. She knows she hurt Gabi and they need to now focus on their children.

Chad (Billy Flynn) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) talked about how much Abby needs him now that Jack’s alive. Chad wished he had Abby’s back like Julie did. He worried how he’ll win Abby back and Julie tried to help.

Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) wanted to help trigger Jack’s (Matthew Ashford) memory with a photo album of their family.

He lied and told her seeing Abby didn’t spark any memories. He also said he was in the building with Xander, so Jennifer realized he’s also still alive.

She then told him all about Eve and how she’s never loved anyone the way she loves him and kissed him… and he kissed her back. But he asked her to leave as she vowed to fight for him. Eve returned and he asked why she’s been lying.

Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) learned about Haley’s (Thia Megia) suicide attempt and planned to speak with her about it.

JJ also told Kayla about Jack and asked her about the serum that helped Will get his memory back. Kayla called Steve to tell him the big news.

Eve’s (Kassie DePaiva) partner-in-crime was revealed to be Xander (Paul Telfer). It turned out he approached her and they came up with the plan to turn Jack against Jennifer. Eve handed over a flash drive to Xander as payment for his help.
