General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 4 reveal the mayoral election heading into full swing for the third time in a year. Imagine if this was real-life politics.
Mayoral Mayhem, Take 3
Spencer’s (Nicolas Bechtel) machinations have lead to Laura (Genie Francis) and Ned (Wally Kurth) having to repeat November’s election and we can imagine by now Ned is growing weary of this.
That means it’s voting time again in Port Charles and Laura even has time to campaign this go around.
That leads Lulu (Emme Rylan) to hold an event at Charlie’s for Laura to give her closing arguments.
Of course, Laura’s separation comes up, but Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is there to try to set the record straight.

He endorses Laura, and since everyone thinks he’s Kevin, they take him seriously. Laura doesn’t expect this at all, but she has no idea Ryan just wants to keep her out of his hair.
Meanwhile, Jordan is becoming more and more obsessed with the serial killer case by the hour and enlists her new husband to help.
