Days of Our Lives News: Another Dramatic Stefano Return

You didn’t really think you saw the last of Joseph Mascolo and Stefano on “Days of Our Lives,” did you?

Of course not! He’s the Phoenix after all. Even if he has to rise in someone’s dreams, he will.

That’s right. According to the May 23 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Mascolo is back in original dream sequence. Does Chad (Billy Flynn) need dear old dad’s words of wisdom once again?

Chad hasn’t had an easy time of it lately with Abigail (Kate Mansi) losing her mind and wanting nothing to do with him or their son while she languishes in a mental institution. Poor Chad is heartbroken and dreams of his father, but will his dream offer him the comfort he needs?

Expect to see Mascolo and Stefano on your screens Friday, May 20th. The actor last aired as a living Stefano in January, but then he met his maker at the hands of Hope (Kristian Alfonso). He later appeared to Chad in a dream as his son mourned him. With Chad clearly missing his father, will next week be the last we see of DiMera Dream Stefano?
