The Days of Our Lives recap (DOOL) for Tuesday, May 29 features Theresa expressing her tremendous guilt about leaving Chloe behind… and what the secret may do to Brady!
Torn Between Two Lovers
Brady (Eric Martsolf) found Theresa (Jen Lilley) with Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and before he could say his choice, Eve bowed out. Brady needed to talk with Eve and sent Theresa home. On her way out, Theresa thanked Eve for doing the right thing.
Eve said Theresa did something selfless, and she shouldn’t be made to pay for it. Brady didn’t think they should pay either. She gave him back the ring and he left.
Theresa updated Victor, and he wondered why she wasn’t happier. She admitted what happened with Chloe may bite her in the butt. Victor remained Team Theresa and promised not to tell but then Brady overheard that. Vic managed to sidestep it.
A Titan-Sized Screwup
Sonny (Freddie Smith) told Victor (John Aniston) about the lawsuit and Vic fired him. Sonny got a text from Will and headed over.
End In Sight?
Diane (Cassandra Creech) visited Gabi (Camila Banus) while the guard was on a break. She told Gabi she planned to kill her. Diane climbed on top of Gabi but Gabi got her off and tried to run.
Diane caught and then strangled Gabi, who sunk to the ground, apparently dead. Gabi woke up eventually and saw Diane’s lifeless body with a syringe sticking out.
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) visited Will (Chandler Massey) and Ari to tell Will about Gabi’s good news, but Will wanted to wait for Sonny. After Sonny came over, he confided in Will about how bad things are. Will and Sonny shared a moment as Will comforted him.
Rescue Mission Gone Oh-So-Wrong
John (Drake Hogestyn) and Paul (Christopher Sean) were caught by Mateo, but then Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) stabbed and killed him.
Once free, Paul called Will to tell him he’s safe, interrupting Will’s moment with Sonny. Chloe called Lucas and thanked him for believing in her.
