Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Chloe and Julie Clash Over TBD

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Tuesday, September 19 has Chloe and Julie unexpectedly at odds because they each had the same idea.

Pulp Friction
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) reminisced about good times when Doug (Bill Hayes) used to own a club. While he’s moved on, she couldn’t help but get a great idea — though she kept her loving husband in the dark.

Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) paid Brady (Eric Martsolf) a visit and caught him drinking again. Only water – d’oh! After getting past that insult, Chloe revealed the reason for her visit – for Brady to help her buy Club TBD. Brady immediately said yes. Must be nice to have friends like him.

So of course both Julie and Chloe ended up at the auction to buy Club TBD and neither was happy to see the other.

Forbidden Feelings
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) was thrilled to be back at work at the Horton Center helping people. When the man Eric (Greg Vaughan) helped at the hospital a while ago showed up, she watched him bring comfort again and her admiration for Eric just grew.

But, her close proximity to Eric as seemed to intensify the emotions they’ve both been feeling. By episode’s end, Eric was leaning in for a kiss…

Deep Betrayal
Brady (Eric Martsolf) replayed in his mind everything that’s been going on and his jealousy began to bubble up. Chloe’s visit had her spilling the info about Eric’s feelings for Nicole, and the news almost drove him to drink. During his violent outburst, he broke things, distracting him from the drink he wanted.

On the Hunt
Now that he’s out of jail and Raines has been brought to justice, Abe (James Reynolds) needs to find a new Salem PD commissioner. He asked Roman (Josh Taylor) if he’s willing to come back, but his old friend turned him down flat.

But Roman did suggest Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering), who continued sniping at each other about her unwillingness to set the date. He said he was okay, she didn’t believe him. Rinse. Repeat.
